Pilates is a fantastic way to give riders the strength, suppleness, and stability to move freely with their horse while maintaining a centred and balanced seat. As a trained Level-3 Mat Pilates Instructor and a qualified Equipilates Biomechanics Trainer, Sarah uses a range of exercises to help riders improve their posture, strengthen muscles and relieve tightness and restrictions in the body which not only dramatically improve a horse’s way of going, but can also help riders feel great both on and off their horse.
